What is Assisted Stretching?
Assisted stretching is a technique where a trained stretch therapist helps you stretch your muscles more effectively. This method enhances flexibility, improves mobility, and facilitates recovery through personalized, practitioner-assisted stretching.
How often should I schedule my sessions?
For optimal results, we recommend scheduling sessions once or twice a week, depending on your individual needs and goals. Regular stretching can significantly enhance your mobility and overall well-being.
Do I need to be athletic to benefit from Stretchology?
Not at all! Our services are designed for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone looking to improve everyday movement, Stretchology can help you feel your best.
What should I wear to my stretching session?
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Avoid jeans or restrictive clothing to get the most out of your session.
Are there any health conditions that might prevent me from getting stretching therapy?
While Stretchology is generally safe, if you have specific medical conditions or are recovering from an injury, please consult your healthcare provider before scheduling a session. We can tailor sessions to your specific needs, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
