Late Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to respect all clients’ appointments and time, we ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes beyond your appointment, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate the next client. Please understand that we cannot extend your session beyond its scheduled time, and late arrivals are subject to rescheduling.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service booked. This policy is in place to protect our time and ensure that we can accommodate clients looking for services.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and commitment to our services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 4 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your appointment to another client. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will be charged the full price of the service booked.
Membership Unused Sessions Policy
For clients enrolled in a membership, unused sessions cannot be rolled over to a future month. If you are unable to use all of your sessions in one month we recommend scheduling them out for a future month or gifting a session to a friend. To ensure you are getting the most out of your membership, we recommend scheduling your sessions regularly.
Refund Policy
All sessions are non-refundable. However, if you have a legitimate reason that prevented you from attending your scheduled appointment, we are willing to assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss any concerns you may have.
Package Expiration Policy
Session packages purchased at Midas Stretch DC come with an expiration date of three months from the date of purchase. Any sessions remaining after this period will expire and cannot be used or refunded. We encourage you to schedule your sessions within this timeframe to maximize your package benefits.If you have any questions regarding these policies, please do not hesitate to reach out. Certain services are available via a mobile device. To the extent you access the Services through a mobile device, your wireless service carrier’s standard charges, data rates and other fees may apply. In addition, downloading, installing or using certain Services, may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all Services may work with all carriers or devices.
